Playing Dates:              March 6th  to April 24th, 2010
                                         8-game league

League Entry Fee:       $575 per team for U12-U14
                                        $300 per team for U11's (Club checks or Certified checks only – one 
                                        Check per club)

Entry Deadline:            Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010 
                                    All entries must be received at OYSA by 5:00 P.M. this includes payment
                                    and field inventory.  Teams will not be accepted if these aren't turned in

Late Fee:                            $100 (Must be submitted with entry form. Late teams are accepted 
                                    at the discretion of OYSA's league director)
